DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
DEAR FUTURE CLIENTS
New Booking Policy
To schedule an appointment your credit card must be on file.
A deposit of $20 Venmo is required also to schedule an appointment. (This money goes towards your appointment)
My prices depend on your hair history and your hair goals. To speed up the process of booking appointments and getting estimates, please send me photos of:
1.) Your current hair
2.) Your hair history (preferably the last 2 years)
3.) A couple of inspiration photos

Deposits are required to secure your appointments, this is done VIA, Venmo, cash, or bank transfer.
Deposits are non refundable but they are transferable. If you need to move an appointment to another date and you give me 48 hours notice or more of notice I can out our old deposit toward your new one.
Cancelations under 48 hours will mean losing your deposit and not being able to make a new appointment without paying a new deposit.
No-Shows will require full payment of missed appointment before you'll be able to book another (sadly I have this happen a lot more than I would like).
If you no-show your deposit is increased for next appointment. if you no-show twice I will not reschedule you but will still require full payment of appointment that was missed.
